The classic album from the spring of 1985. I discovered GT just as I was leaving college. After a steady diet of new wave at WRPI, Game Theory was the first indie rock band that I really liked. Scott Miller became one of my favorite songwriters of all time, all the way until The Loud Family's Days for days. Scott made a comeback this year with the new CD, What if it works? Real nighttime is the first album of theirs that was worth a damn from start to finish. )Their previous releases were somewhat inconsistent.)
One of these days, I'll have to tell you about the time Scott and the LF stayed over at my house.
Available at Amazon for $37 minimum.
01. Game Theory - Here comes everybody [all 8 seconds of it]
02. Game Theory - 24
03. Game Theory - Waltz the halls always
I think you should tell us that story now since you are posting a Game Theory album. It would seem timely and apropos-- or something like that.
Hang in there.
