I was in O Positive and am glad that you're making the songs available to be heard. Who needs to pay $150 for a CD?

Thanks for writing, Dave! I really do need to update those gig reviews. I fell way behind and never got caught up.

Yeah anybody interested in these guys... take it from me-- I was there as a 15 year old kid when WFNX and WBCN played their tunes, and to this day "With You" remains perhaps my favorite 80's tune... you can hear a live version under the rare section here: http://www.opositive.com/

BTW the studio version of "With You" is vastly superior to the live one... anybody have a link to that one? I can't find it anywhere except for 25$ plus shipping on Ebay... guess that backs up my theory...

I had the good fortune of attending quite a number of O Positive events back in the day, as well as seeing Dave play guitar in the concert with Caleb Sampson, and I was a regular listener to both of Dave's ZBC radio shows. As a youngster (at the time), he was a bit of a god to me. He was also a FREAKING cool person, who was always nice to me personally when we interacted at shows, etc.
